ARRIVAL INFORMATION
We're excited to host another amazing show at the Ponderosa Barn! A few housekeeping tips for your arrival: Arrive between 30-45 minutes prior to show time to get parked, checked in and seated. If you know people coming that you can carpool with, it would be appreciated. Please try to utilize the paved parking areas up top before utilizing the grassy areas. When parking in the grass, fill up lines by the split rail fence and make rows. There will be examples in place. It is BYOB. We do not sell alcohol of any kind. We occasionally have samples of local beer & wine to try in support of local vendors. If you are bringing any food or snacks, be sure to keep it within your seating area, Seating is provided. Please be responsible with your drinking and take advantage of free water bottles and sparkling water to stay hydrated. As always, be respectful to our "Listening Room'" format. We DO have bathrooms, heat & air conditioning! Keep in mind, Ponderosa Barn is not a commercial enterprise. We do not make money from any ticket sales/band donations, food, drink, etc. All proceeds go directly to the musicians. We do not sell any alcohol of any kind. Ever!
